Visiting the farm and picking your tree has become a family tradition for many households in Dundee and the surrounding area, and marks the start of the magic of Christmas. So to make sure every family gets their perfect tree for Christmas we do not take online orders for individual trees and invite families to the farm to come and select a tree that makes everyone happy!

If the children helped to select the tree, it might be the biggest and best tree and sometimes won’t fit in the car! Please let us know and we can arrange for a home delivery of your tree.

In cut trees we sell Nordman Fir, Fraser Fir and Norway Spruce, from 4ft right up to 15ft! See below for more information on varieties.

We also sell Pot Grown trees. They are great for replanting in the garden after Christmas. They come with a specially designed pot that allows the tree to keep growing throughout the year and they make it easier to dig up in time for Christmas again!

As well as trees, you can pick up tree stands, wreaths, lights and even firewood. Once you have chosen your tree why not treat yourself to a hot chocolate and some home baking in the Pine Cone Café and perhaps choose some new baubles to decorate your tree.

What trees do we have?

Fraser Fir; Abies fraseri.

A new tree to the UK, the Fraser Fir is ideal for smaller space due to its slimmer, conical shape.
It has good needle-retention with dense branches and soft green needles with a silver underside. This is the most heavily scented of all Christmas trees and the scent will fill the room throughout the festive season. The Fraser fir is widely used as a Christmas tree in America and has been used more times than any other as the official White House Christmas tree.

Available as a cut tree

Nordman Fir; Abies nordmanniana

By far the most popular Christmas tree variety in the UK, the Nordman fir is best known for its excellent needle retention.

It has soft, deep green, glossy foliage on tiered branches that are perfect for displaying large baubles.

Available as both a cut or container grown tree

Norway Spruce; Picea abies

For a traditional Christmas, the Norway spruce is a perfect choice.

It is a bushy well-shaped tree with a classic spruce fragrance. Whilst it does not have excellent needle retention, if you keep it well watered and away from heat, it will look great throughout the festive period. It offers great value for money and is ideal for outdoor use.

Available as both a cut or container grown tree

Is there parking?
